华盛顿大学的中文学生戏剧社；美国西北部首个中文学生戏剧社。 UW’s Chinese-language student theatre company — the first of its kind in the U.S. Pacific Northwest.
我们做三件事：
舞台作品、工坊、社群。 Three things:
mainstage, workshops, community.
中文大戏制作；表演与创作工坊；排练、观演与日常相聚的社群。 Chinese-language mainstage work; craft workshops; the community that rehearses, watches, and shows up.

从哪里来：
一间教室, 一群人。 Where we came from:
one room, many people.
那间没人用的教室, 八十张椅子。 The empty classroom, the eighty borrowed chairs.
2018 年 5 月，一群热爱中文戏剧的华大学生发起五月戏剧社。早期靠 workshop、一起看戏、Open Mic 把人聚在一起。 In May 2018, UW students who loved Chinese theatre started May Drama. Early on, workshops, outings, and open stages brought people together.
2018 年 12 月《倒带》创社首部满座收官；2019 年 CTC 戏剧节上演《炼欲》《你好，李焕英》与压轴《Soul Speaking》等剧目，春季《驴得水》则是早期重要大戏。此后春秋冬轮番排演；其间（约 2022 至 2025 年春）完成 10 部正式话剧的制排与上档；2025《夏洛特烦恼》西雅图连演五场；也做过广播剧与沉浸式作品，持续制作到今天。 Rewind sold out in December 2018 as our founding show; the 2019 CTC Festival brought Refining Desire, Hi, Mom, Soul Speaking, and more, with Mr. Donkey that spring. Seasons kept going — from about 2022 through spring 2025 we mounted 10 formal productions (titles in our archive); in 2025, Goodbye Mr. Loser ran five performances in Seattle — plus radio and immersive work — and we’re still making theatre today.

We don't make plays — we use plays to say one thing, to whoever shows up.
