社团是如何运转的How the club runs
除了主创组，七个运营部门支撑剧社的日常。 Beyond the creative team, seven operations departments keep things running.
- 01 外联部External Relations External Relations外联部对外合作对接、赞助策划书与商务洽谈——剧社对外联络窗口。 Partnerships and sponsorship proposals, sponsor negotiations — the club's outward-facing liaison desk.
- 02 制作部Production Production制作部与 School of Drama 日常沟通，预定排练/演出场地，管理制作时间线并推进跨社团协同落地。 Day-to-day with the School of Drama, venue booking for rehearsals and shows, production timelines, and cross-club delivery.
- 03 活动策划部Event Planning Event Planning活动策划部活动与 workshop 策划执行，并协助社团人力资源相关管理。 Plans and runs events and workshops; supports people-ops and member coordination.
- 04 财务部Finance Finance财务部预算与资金管理、开支统计、发票报销整理，以及学校活动基金申请。 Budgets and cashflow, spend tracking, receipts and reimbursements, and school activity funding applications.
- 05 宣传部Publicity Publicity宣传部公众号运营、剧组文字宣发发布，以及与其他社团的友好联系。 Official account operations, show copy and announcements, and friendly outreach to peer clubs.
- 06 媒体部Media Media媒体部管理视频号/小红书/抖音/IG 等社媒内容，并负责海报与定妆照等视觉输出。 WeChat Video, RED, Douyin, IG, and more — plus posters, key visuals, and stills.
- 07 技术部Tech Tech技术部演出技术统筹、音响灯光与现场设备支持。 Show tech coordination — sound, lighting, and on-site equipment.
