外联、制作、活动策划、财务、宣传、媒体、技术等支持社团日常运转。 External relations, production, event planning, finance, publicity, media, tech — the day-to-day work that keeps the club running.

01 / Recruitment Process

加入路径，分五步How joining usually goes

这是过去几届新成员进社的常规路径。剧组招新与运营部门招新是分开的——选你最感兴趣的那条线就行。 This is how new members have come in over the past few cohorts. Show recruitment and department recruitment are separate tracks — pick the one that fits.

  1. Step 01 学期初start of term

    本学期大戏公布Season's show announced

    每学期开学前两周左右，我们在公众号公告本学期制作的剧目。 About two weeks before classes start, we announce the term's production on our WeChat channel.

  2. Step 02 开学第 1–2 周weeks 1–2

    剧组招新开启Show recruitment opens

    该剧组对外开放，征集这一部戏的台前与幕后成员。 The show opens its cast & crew sign-up — both onstage and backstage.

  3. Step 03 第 2–3 周weeks 2–3

    试镜与岗位面谈Auditions & chats

    演员试镜公开举行；幕后岗位通过面谈确认方向与时间投入。 Open auditions for actors; backstage roles are matched through short chats about direction and time.

    运营部门招新Department recruitment

    外联、制作、活动策划、财务、宣传、媒体、技术七个部门按需招新，与剧组招新分开。 The seven operations departments recruit on their own schedule, separate from any one show.

    加入剧组 / 部门Join the show or a department

    确认方向后，进入剧组或运营部门，参与排练、制作或日常运营。 Once your track is set, you join the production crew or an operations department — rehearsals, build, or day-to-day club work.

第一次接触戏剧也没关系。 不确定方向？来一次开放排练、跟剧组成员聊一聊，再决定要不要报名。绝大多数现役成员入社前都没演过戏。 First time around theatre is fine. Not sure where to start? Drop in on an open rehearsal, talk to whoever is around — then decide. Most of our current members had never done theatre before joining.

B·01 / SET DESIGN 舞美设计Set Designer 从草图到搭台sketch to build 与导演一起把剧本翻译成空间——草图、尺寸、材料、搭建。 Translate the script into a space — sketches, dimensions, materials, build.
B·02 / LIGHTS 灯光Lighting cue list · 调光cue list · operation 布灯、调光、定 cue，演出夜值机。 Rig, focus, cue, and run lights on show nights.
B·03 / COSTUME 服装Costume 选定 · 改制 · 维护source · alter · maintain 角色衣物的搜集、改制与日常维护，按演出节奏轮班换装。 Source, alter and maintain costumes; run quick changes during the run.
B·04 / PROPS 道具Props 制作 · 摆台 · 收纳build · set · pack 按剧本清单制作或采购道具，演出时摆台、回收、保管。 Build or source items from the prop list, set them, retrieve and store.
B·05 / STAGE ASST 舞台助理Stage Assistant 换景 · 跑动线scene shifts · running 排练与演出夜协助导演与舞监——换景、跑流程、传话。 Support the director and stage manager — scene shifts, running cues, relays.
B·06 / STAGE CREW 剧务 / 场务Stage Crew 装台 · 拆台 · 现场load-in · strike · floor 装台、拆台、彩排现场秩序、演出夜后台支持。 Load-in, strike, dress-rehearsal flow, backstage on show nights.
B·07 / SOUND 音效Sound 效果 · 音乐 · 现场fx · music · live 音效设计、音乐选取与现场调音。 Sound design, music selection, live mixing on show nights.
B·08 / MAKE-UP 化妆Make-up 角色妆 · 维护character · touch-ups 角色妆容设计与演出夜补妆。 Character looks, touch-ups during the run.
B·09 / OTHER 其他制作岗位Other 视项目而定project-dependent 每部戏会出现一些特殊岗位——投影、字幕、特效等，可在面谈时讨论。 Every show has a few special roles — projection, surtitles, effects. Bring it up at the chat.
C · 运营部门 / Operations

社团运营部门Operations Departments

外联、制作、活动策划、财务、宣传、媒体、技术等支持社团日常运转。 External relations, production, event planning, finance, publicity, media, tech — supporting the club day to day. ↗ ongoing
C·01 / EXTERNAL 外联部External Relations 赞助 · 合作 · 校外sponsors · partners · venues 对外合作对接、赞助策划书与商务洽谈——剧社对外联络窗口。 Partnerships and sponsorship proposals, sponsor negotiations — the club's outward-facing liaison desk.
C·02 / PRODUCTION 制作部Production 统筹 · 排期 · 物资coordination · schedule · logistics 与 School of Drama 日常沟通，预定排练/演出场地，管理制作时间线并推进跨社团协同落地。注：与单一剧组幕后岗位不同。 Day-to-day with the School of Drama, venue booking, production timelines, and cross-club delivery. Not the same as a single show's backstage role.
C·03 / EVENTS 活动策划部Event Planning 非演出活动non-show events 活动与 workshop 策划执行，并协助社团人力资源相关管理。 Plans and runs events and workshops; supports people-ops and member coordination.
C·04 / FINANCE 财务部Finance 预算 · 报销 · 票务budget · expense · tickets 预算与资金管理、开支统计、发票报销整理，以及学校活动基金申请。 Budgets and cashflow, spend tracking, receipts and reimbursements, and school activity funding applications.
C·05 / PUBLICITY 宣传部Publicity 社媒 · 海报 · 文案social · poster · copy 公众号运营、剧组文字宣发发布，以及与其他社团的友好联系。 Official account operations, show copy and announcements, and friendly outreach to peer clubs.
C·06 / MEDIA 媒体部Media 影像 · 记录 · 归档image · record · archive 管理视频号/小红书/抖音/IG 等社媒内容，并负责海报与定妆照等视觉输出。 WeChat Video, RED, Douyin, IG, and more — plus posters, key visuals, and stills.
C·07 / TECH 技术部Tech 音响 · 灯光 · 现场sound · lights · run crew 演出技术统筹、音响灯光与现场设备支持；与剧组技术岗位协同。 Show tech coordination — sound, lighting, and on-site equipment — alongside each show's tech team.
